Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Liberty Walk tags and labels are intact and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our European distribution center; we recommend retaining your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
